Este curso está dirigido a profesores de instrumentos de cuerda, a estudiantes avanzados interesados en la pedagogía, así como a todas aquellas personas interesadas en su contenido. This workshop is for string teachers and advanced students with an interest in pedagogy, as well as anybody interested in its content.
Descripción Description:
Aprender a tocar bien un instrumento de cuerda es todo un
reto. Requiere trabajo duro, perseverancia y concentración. Motivar a los
alumnos para que se esfuercen continuamente puede resultar enigmático y
confuso. Veremos cuáles son los estilos de aprendizaje, los desencadenantes y
las características psicológicas típicas de los estudiantes de cuerda
preadolescentes y adolescentes.
¿En qué piensan? ¿Por qué? ¿Qué les motiva?
¿Cómo podemos animarles a dar lo mejor de sí mismos? ¿Cómo cambian a medida que
maduran? ¿Cómo podemos relacionarnos mejor con ellos? ¿Cómo podemos
entenderles? ¿Es importante que les caigamos bien personalmente? ¿Cómo podemos
apoyarles? ¿Cómo podemos responder a todas estas preguntas y utilizarlas
eficazmente en clase individual, en un grupo pequeño o con un grupo más grande
de estudiantes de cuerda?
Nuestro tiempo se dividirá en 3 segmentos:
1) Teorías generales de la investigación sobre la
motivación. ¿Qué sabemos realmente?
2) Preadolescentes: ¿Quiénes son? ¿Qué les motiva? Cómo
aplicarlo en las clases de cuerda.
3) ¿Adolescentes? ¿Quiénes son? ¿Qué les motiva? Cómo aplicarlo en
las clases de cuerda.
Se recomienda tener a mano el instrumento para tocar.
Experimentaremos con actividades de motivación relacionadas con la cuerda. Compartiremos
nuestras experiencias al intentar motivar a nuestros alumnos preadolescentes y
adolescentes, ¡las que funcionaron y las que no!
Learning to play a string instrument well is
challenging. It takes hard work, perseverance, and focused concentration.
Motivating students to continuously try their best can be mysterious and
confusing. We will discuss what are the learning styles, triggers, and typical
psychological characteristics of pre-adolescent and adolescent string students.
What are they thinking? Why? What motivates them? How can we challenge them to
do their best? How do they change as they mature? How can we best relate to
them? How can we understand them? Is it important that they like us,
personally? How can we support them? How do we take the answers to all of these
questions and use them effectively in a private lesson, in a small group, or
with a larger group of string students?
Our time will be in 3 segments:
1) General theories from research on motivation. What
do we really know?
2) Pre-adolescents: Who are they? What motivates them?
How to apply in string lessons.
3) Adolescents? What happened to them? What motivates
them? How to apply in strings.
Please have an instrument available to play. We will
experiment with string-related motivational activities. Please be prepared to
share your experiences of trying to motivate your pre-adolescent and adolescent
students, those scenarios that worked and those that did not!
Certificado Certificate:
Para obtener un certificado de asistencia será necesario asistir al curso en directo y encontrarse frente a la cámara activada al menos un 80% del total del tiempo. To obtain a certificate of attendance it is necessary to attend the workshop live and to be in front of the active camera for at least 80% of the total time.

Condiciones de matrícula Conditions of enrollment:
1. Las plazas son limitadas y se reservarán por estricto orden de inscripción. Places are limited and will be reserved by strict order of application.
2. Sin perjuicio del derecho al desistimiento, el importe de la matrícula no es reembolsable. Tampoco podrá transferirse la plaza a otras personas, a otros cursos o a otras ediciones del mismo curso. 3. Cuando las plazas estén agotadas, no estará disponible el formulario de inscripción, aunque podrás inscribirte a una lista de espera por si se produjeran bajas. When the workshop is full, the application form will not be available, but you will be able to sign up for a waiting list in case a participant drops their place.
4. En el plazo de catorce días naturales desde la fecha de contratación del curso usted tiene derecho a desistir del contrato sin necesidad de justificación. Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deberá usted notificarnos antes del vencimiento del citado plazo a Asociación Musicaldía, con dirección en Avenida del Manzanares, 202, 1º B, 28026 Madrid, teléfono +34686381692, correo electrónico asociacionmusicaldia@gmail.com, su decisión de desistir del contrato a través de una declaración inequívoca (por ejemplo, una carta enviada por correo postal o correo electrónico). En caso de desistimiento por su parte, le devolveremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, a más tardar 14 días naturales desde la fecha en que nos informe de su decisión de desistir del contrato.
